Through the Open Heart Leaders Internship Program our Interns are selected from one of the many colleges and universities that OHL partners with for career on the job training. This program allows our interns to apply school knowledge while also executing personal knowledge that will advance them into the next level of their career path. This program allows students to have hands-on experience in advancing their strengths while tackling their weaknesses. As we continue to grow our hope is that one day we can permanently place our interns within the org as full time employees. Until this goal is met we are highly recognized for placing our interns in positions to be hired through other partner companies for job opportunities. To date OHL partners with over 17 Colleges and Universities between California and Alabama.
